Americanism happens daily and touches almost every program we serve.
Eisenhower Vigil; Promote Patriotism (by recognizing community residents and/or businesses for correctly displaying flag or other displays of Patriotism, Symbols or Traditions, etc.); Brings attention to Prisoners of War and those Missing in Action by hosting POW/MIA ceremonies to both educate the public and honor those special veterans; Flag Education to teach respet and proper care for the U.S. Flag; Patriotic Holiday Events (Independence Day, Veterans Day, Loyalty Day, etc.); Have fun celebrating lesser-known Patriotic Days (just to make you smile!); Special Occasion cards/funeral activities for community members (excludes Veterans, their families, military, Post and Auxiliary members reported to Veterans & Family Support).
